I needed emergency service in the evening because my garage door would not open, trapping my two cars inside. I phoned Precision at about 5:30 pm. I was told that a technician would arrive between 7 and 9 pm. He arrived at about 8 pm and worked until the job was done even though he had a long drive home and had to report to work the next morning at 7 am. Very please with the service.

Scott Ramey was the best. He came out to fix a broken spring, but I knew the unit was old. The lift unit was installed by Precision in 2004, so there was a lot of cycles on the unit. I was in no way influenced to purchase a new unit by Scott, but what he told me about the old was true. I elected to have a new unit installed. Scott was knowledgeable, courteous, and represented Precision Door in a most professional manner. I felt comfortable around Scott. Precision Door is fortunate to have Scott a part of their team. We experienced a broken door spring and broken sprocket on the opener motor. Precision provided service the same day we made the call. Our appointment was scheduled for 11:AM to 1:00 AM but Rich, the technician, called early because his first appointment was short. However, we were away from our home and could not accept the early slot. Great communication is my point. Rich was very polite, informative as well as rendering excellency service. Analysed problem with 12 year old sheet curtain door, re-aligned tracks and informed me that the next thing probably to go on a door this age would be a spring will break.
