Precision Garage Door has always been dedicated to bringing you REAL, fair and honest reviews. We receive reviews from our customers through many different mediums. To make our reviews more transparent, we have decided to reveal how exactly these reviews get here.

Types of Reviews

This review was a "Report Card Submission". We ask our customers to fill out a "report card", like the one pictured below, at the completion of every job. The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.

At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.

This review was a "Telephone Submission". Often after work is completed we conduct a telephone survey to ensure complete satisfaction with the work we did. With permission, Comments from these calls are transcribed and displayed on our website.

This review was an "E-mail Submission". Sometimes our customers send us emails to let us know more about how we performed. With their permission these are posted to the site.

This review was a "Postal Mail Submission". Our customers send us letters through traditional postal mail reviewing our performance. When they do, we transcribe it and place it on our website.

Called Precision on Wed. afternoon and Danny appeared at 9 Thurs. a.m.. We have had constant trouble with our double door springs and alignment. I always sounded like a train as it opened and closed. Danny did a complete overhaul of our system in a few hours and we now have an almost silent very smooth operating door. Thanks folks! Danny was knowledgeable, mannerly and very friendly. I called Precision on Sunday evening about repairing our garage door which had broken over the week-end,trapping our cars inside. An appointment was made for Monday morning. Danny arrived ten minutes ahead of schedule and made a frustrating situation much easier with his efficiency. He was friendly and competent, explaining up front about the cost and time it would take for him to do the repair. I was impressed, the charges were reasonable, and I will readily recommend Precision to others needing this type of service.

Gentlemen,

This letter is to commend You for having Fanny in your employment as a technician. My son who lives in Pennsylvania, made contact with your firm to have my garage door checked after he about 4 others tried to make the door behave and failed.

Danny called in the morning before arriving, was courteous and pleasant, and most helpful when I added to his chores by asking him to start my leaf blower for me, which he did. I was most appreciative, as this saved me much time today in yard clean up, blowing instead of raking. He also put my garage door back in operating mode, which really was the purpose of his visit.

In this day of rudeness and high pressure sales, it was nice to have a pleasant young man, such as I hope my sons are, to attend to my problem and correct it. When it's time to give out raises, please be sure Danny gets one. He deserves it! He is an excellent ambassador for your firm.

We are writing to tell you how much we appreciate the work Mike and Rich did at our home to convert the carport to a garage. We will enjoy the convenience of the new garage door and easy electronic access. Thanks for your help also with the color of the door. It was hard to envision what the door might look like but turned out to be a good look for this house. John was impressed to find that his truck will still fit through the door opening.
