Precision Garage Door has always been dedicated to bringing you REAL, fair and honest reviews. We receive reviews from our customers through many different mediums. To make our reviews more transparent, we have decided to reveal how exactly these reviews get here.

Types of Reviews


This review was a "Report Card Submission". We ask our customers to fill out a "report card", like the one pictured below, at the completion of every job. The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.


At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.

This review was a "Telephone Submission". Often after work is completed we conduct a telephone survey to ensure complete satisfaction with the work we did. With permission, Comments from these calls are transcribed and displayed on our website.

This review was an "E-mail Submission". Sometimes our customers send us emails to let us know more about how we performed. With their permission these are posted to the site.

My garage door was stuck in the open position and the gears were not turning. I called Precision at 3pm and by 4:30 Danny was there to help. It immediately diagnosed the problem and quoted me a price on the spot. The gears were stripped. He had the part on his truck and by 5:00 my door was fixed and the work area totally cleaned up. That's what I call good service. I highly recommend Precision.

We liked the fact you are a Nationally recognzied company and backed by the BBB which is why we initially chose your company. Your sevice tech Don is the reason we would recommend you again in the future. Don was awesome! He came out and looked at our damaged door. We assumed we would need to replace it but Don was very honest about what he could do to repair and estimated how long the repair would last. When we considered what else could go wrong in the future with springs, track etc... we opted for the new door anyway. Don was out the very next cold January day and had the install done in just a few hours. Thanks Preision door and Don!

I have two garage doors to my garage. The spring broke on one of the doors leaving it in-operable. The other door was already broke. After calling Precision doors, Don Thompson came to my house to assess the problem. I ended up buying two new doors with openers and keyless entry. I feel the price Don gave me was fair. He completed the work by himself on the same day. He was very polite, respected my property and and cleaned up after himself. I was very happy with his professionalism and his quality of work. I truly felt like he was working as if it was his own garage that he was installing the doors on. As for the doors, they work great! I had no idea how quiet garage doors could actually be! I would definitely call Don Thompson and Precision garage doors for any of my future garage door needs! Thanks!
